12 March 2026 are entitled to receive on rights basis 03 equity shares qty for every 01 fully
paid up equity shares held in demat account. ICICI Securities will not be responsible for
Rejection/non-allotment for Rights issue application.
3.In absence of application in Rights Issue to the extent of entitlement holding quantity,
customer will not be considered for rights allotment and entitlement qty will get lapsed.
