I voluntarily authorize ICICI Securities to access / store/ use my KYC documents including PAN, e-aadhar provided by me through Diglilocker and share the same with the bank with whom I have opened / maintained bank / demat account.... for the purpose of opening trading and demat accounts. I further authorize ICICI Bank limited to collect, store or use such KYC documents including e-aadhaar from Digilocker shared with them for the aforesaid purpose(s). I voluntarily authorize ICICI Securities to access / store/ use my KYC documents including PAN, e-aadhar provided by me through Diglilocker and share the same with the bank with whom I have opened / maintained bank / demat account. 

ICICI Securities Limited shall maintain details confidential and shall not disclose the same to any person except as required under any rules, regulations, circulars etc. or its amendment thereof issued by regulators from time to time or to KYC Registration Agency (KRA), CERSAI or to group companies in this regard or part of KYC documents.

I authorise ICICI Securities ltd. to correct/update my date of birth as per Aadhaar records.
